About Roxanne

Roxanne Sylvia is a self-taught freelance makeup artist, working in Singapore since late 2012.

In August 2013, she travelled to the United States and completed a California Makeup Course certification in Houston, Texas — training that continues to shape her approach to HD bridal, beauty, fashion, runway, editorial, airbrush and tattoo-coverage makeup.

Today, her focus is bridal and occasion makeup across Singapore — working closely with each client to refine a look that photographs beautifully and holds through every moment of the day.
