About Roxanne
Roxanne Sylvia is a Singapore-based celebrity makeup artist, beauty educator and founder with over a decade of experience in the beauty industry.
Beginning her journey in 2012, Roxanne went on to complete professional makeup training in the United States, refining her expertise across bridal, beauty, editorial, runway and HD makeup.
Today, she is best known for her signature bridal artistry — creating polished, timeless looks that enhance rather than overpower. Her work has taken her beyond Singapore for destination weddings and international clients, as well as into the chairs of celebrities, personalities and notable names.
But Roxanne's work extends far beyond the bridal chair. She is also the founder of Roxx Beauty, a homegrown cosmetics brand she has built for almost a decade, with a focus on products designed to complement diverse Asian skin tones and undertones.
Education has also become a defining part of her career. Through her annual Makeupbyroxx Personal Makeup Masterclass, Roxanne teaches women how to understand their own features, master their makeup and confidently create looks that make them feel like the best version of themselves.
